Digital Products
All products on 5 MOD STORE are digital downloads for GTA 5.
No physical items are shipped. Once a product is purchased and downloaded, it is considered delivered.

License & Usage
All mods are provided for personal use only.
Redistribution, resale, sharing, or re-uploading of any product is strictly prohibited.
You may not claim ownership of any mod purchased from this website.

Installation & Compatibility
Mods must be installed correctly as per the provided instructions.
We are not responsible for issues caused by:
- Incorrect installation
- Mod conflicts with other mods  
- Unsupported, cracked, or modified game versions
- Future GTA 5 updates by Rockstar Games

Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through PayFast/PayPal on their servers.
Refunds, if any, are subject to our Refund & Return Policy only.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if policy conditions are not met.

Account & Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Terms are violated
- Misuse of products or abusive behavior occurs

Limitation of Liability
All products are provided "as is" without any warranty.
We are not responsible for: Game crashes, Save file corruption, GTA bans, or any damage to your system caused by using mods.

By purchasing, you confirm you are 18+ years old and responsible for using mods in your game.
