Refund & Return Policy

Digital products cannot be returned
Once a file is downloaded, it is considered delivered and used

Refunds WILL Be Given If:
1. The downloaded file is corrupted or broken
2. The mod file cannot be opened or extracted  
3. The product is not delivered after successful payment
4. The mod is completely non-functional in GTA 5 version v1.0.2845 or higher (verified by our support team)

Refunds Will NOT Be Given If:
1. The mod does not work due to wrong installation
2. The mod conflicts with other mods
3. The mod is incompatible with your game version or system
4. You do not like the product after purchase
5. The game version is cracked, pirated, or unsupported

We will try to fix or replace the file before any refund
If the issue is resolved, no refund will be issued

Support Before Refund
Before any refund is processed:
1. The buyer must contact our support team with order number + screenshot/video of issue
2. We will try to fix the issue by:
   - Providing installation guidance
   - Sharing an updated or fixed file
   - Helping resolve compatibility issues
If the issue is resolved, no refund will be issued

Refund Request Time Limit
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase
Requests after this period will not be accepted

Refund Processing If Eligible
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method
Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on PayFast/PayPal

Final Decision
All products sold on GTA 5 MOD STORE are digital downloads.
Returns are not accepted, but refunds may be provided as per our refund policy.
All refund decisions made by GTA 5 MOD STORE are final.
